产品出口到沙特的出口商请注意：

SABER 和 FASAH 清关系统 全部绑定，沙特实施 管控和非管控 全面在线清关，所有海关编码需要保持和清关 FASAH 系统一致，在选择HS code 时候， 务必同时参考FASAH 系统的 HS code， 以免出现清关不顺畅的情况。

对于已经做了PC的证书，且在有效期内， 但是HS code被更新的情况，处理方式为：

1.直接用新的HS code 申请新的 PC；

2.进口商手动到 FASAH 系统进行登记，更换新的HS code .

The client has to enter the new HS code manually in Customs Systems (Fasah)
